Triangle UXPA World Usablity Day
Technologists have finally understood that utopianism has run its course. The days of inexorable, starry-eyed disruption are gone; public, press, and governments alike now treat the tech industry’s promises with suspicion. Tech companies may have moved fast, but they also broke many things.

Primary themes: Responsible innovation, unintended consequences, externalities, contemporary ethics, collective action.
