The Gray Zones: World Usability Day Edition

Online social experiment

Join Mona Patel for this private live social experiment about race and privilege. In this jam-packed hour, you’ll join a Zoom call where Mona will kick off the session in her signature dynamic style so she can give you the lowdown on how it will work. About 5 minutes in, she’ll direct you to a link where you can complete an experiment and then come back to the Zoom call where she will take you through the findings live. In the experiment, you’ll listen to a set of voicemails and determine whether you hear racism. In the debrief, you’ll see how your answers compare to others. This experience is not to be missed – the most common feedback is that it’s eye-opening, thought provoking, and heart wrenching. Limited seating so arrive early. Join the ZOOM Call.
