Using design research to innovate
How can we create technology, products, and services that have never been seen before? How can we ensure that these solutions not only meet the needs of the people using them but also enhance their lives?
The key to successful design is not in how many problems we solve, but in how we improve the human experience. Using a process called discontinuous innovation and following good design principles including design thinking methods, you can develop new ideas and solutions that impact the overall evolution of the digital product landscape and improve the human experience.
This presentation will show you how to use design thinking to create products and technology that are new to the world through an innovative UX strategy that includes goal setting, choosing the proper method, and creating roadmaps. In addition, you will learn how to a good UX strategy can help with stakeholder buy-in, another key component of success.
