Join us at Consumer Reports (CR), where we will be opening our doors for to give you a glimpse at just what it is that goes into our research and testing of everyday products. We are offering an exclusive lab tour, presentations, and a chance to meet the experts behind the scenes.As an organization that rates thousands of products and services annually, comparing products fairly and sharing the information in a meaningful way with consumers is a key part of CR’s work. We will share more about our unique paradigm where the product testing protocols and procedures are the focus of our iterative research and development. This will be followed by a look into how this information is presented and optimized for a better user experience on our digital platform. Through the course of the day, there will also be an opportunity for you to shape the future of how CR tests for usability aspects to benefit consumers.
Speakers
The CR Consumer Experience & Usability Research team conducts research with consumers to learn how they use products in their natural environment. This helps to inform and transform the testing in the labs so that it aligns with consumer needs and behaviors.
The CR Consumer Insights team serves as the voice of the consumer for the organization. We empower staff to make data-driven decisions and create consumer-centric strategies that address consumer needs and pain points.
