Here at TSYS, where we create payment solutions, we’re celebrating the work we do to make financial transactions simpler, safer, and more satisfying for millions of account holders all over the world.
We can create a better future by working with financial institutions to make financial transactions more accessible, more transparent, more secure, and more flexible. We also strive to help everyone who completes financial transactions understand what happens to payments, when it happens, and how it impacts their finances.
Schedule
We’re reaching out to colleagues in technical and business roles to provide them with firsthand experience in research and design processes. We’re planning some fun activities that incorporate Design Thinking and UX research, such as experience mapping, exercises in information architecture, recognition of icons and other methods of visual communication, and sharing personal “good” and “bad” experiences as a consumer or a producer. We want our professional partners to experience the both the challenge and the deep satisfaction that comes from “getting it right” for our clients and their customers.
