Your Challenge is to enhance the user experience of the VRAC/HCI website for prospective students, current students, and faculty.

Estonia has hosted the event in Tallinn since 2008. In 2012 the first pan-Baltic WUD united the UX communities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, bringing to Tallinn more than 70 people from abroad. We had close to 250 people attending our previous event which was sold out in 5 days!
The audience of the event consists mainly of ICT professionals as well as representatives of marketing, new media and graphic design agencies. Over the years we have invited renowned experts on various usability concerned topics to share their vision, advice and experience in Tallinn.

O World Usability Day (Dia Mundial da Usabilidade) surgiu em 2005 como um evento preocupado em conscientizar as pessoas acerca de usabilidade e design centrado no usuário. Só em 2010, foram mais de 150 eventos simultâneos em 43 países contando com a participação de milhares de pessoas espalhadas pelo mundo.
Em Manaus o evento será realizado na UFAM ( Universidade Federal do Amazonas), no dia 10/11, com programação de palestras, oficinas e mesas redondas, a partir das 9h.

Michigan State University's Usability/Accessibility Research and Consulting (UARC) hosted Michigan's 7th annual World Usability Day event on November 10, 2011, at the Michigan State University Union in East Lansing. The theme was Making Social Media Work for You, and the event focused on the usability of social media and social networking, and the role they play in website and product development. Over 250 people attended, and many more were reached via Twitter and other social media.
