En este taller exploraremos aplicaciones prácticas del modelo Hook descrito por Nir Eyal en su libro "Hooked". Este modelo resulta una soporte efectivo para desarrollar experiencias digitales que induzcan hábitos, amplificando el engagement de los usuarios.

A través de las 4 fases del modelo iremos descubriendo cómo el éxito de famosas compañías tecnológicas se basa en patrones que se adaptan a este modelo.

Además discutiremos la aplicación del modelo a los productos que los asistentes propongan. ¡Os esperamos!

Is Everything Clear? World Usability Day event in Kaunas, LT

NFQ is the largest software development company in Lithuania. Darius Bisikirskas, its creative director, will hold a keynote about the importance of ease of use of things and services one offers in addition to their aesthetic value.
 
The event will take place on Thursday, November 13th, at 6:00 PM at NFQ's Kaunas office (Brastos str. 15, Kaunas). The entrance is free and open.

Increasing Awareness of Mental Models for Information Architecture Design

We conducted a demonstration at Illinois State University with a group of graduate students to explain how the card sorting method contributes to establishing user mental models. We engaged people at our organization and students with an interest in UX and explain how card sorting is used to design the information architecture of software applications.  We used open card sorting and explained how card sorting results are put into use to design the information architecture of a software application.
