Everything you wanted to know about content strategy, but were afraid to ask

There is no official degree you can get to become a Content Strategy expert -it's all about learning on the job and learning from others. However, there is a "body of knowledge" out there that can be studied in preparation.

Just like the birds and bees, there are lots of books written about the subject too. And just like with Content Strategy, planning is crucial to any execution. We will discuss some of the recent writings about Content Strategy to apply it's principles to your work as an interaction designer.

Whether it's new medical devices or technologies; drug research, approval or delivery; patient forms or medical record sharing; emergency disaster planning or increasing the functionality of hospitals and everyday healthcare delivery, everyone is affected in some way by the intersection of usability in healthcare. There are many commonalities, yet each region of the world faces its own set of unique challenges.
