WUD Silesia 2012

WUD SILESIA is a non-profit initiative. It is a perfect combination of professional conference style with various educational, informative and fun events aiming at popularization of usability among citizens of the region – so-called “final users.”

We try not to limit ourselves just to talking about change and innovation, but year after year we create one on a gradually enlarged scale.

The main conference is always surrounded by unconventional, surprising happenings and attractive solutions, which guarantee recognition and retention of a brand and the content behind it.

World Usability Day

Get involved: from digital to real life experience

Our daily life is full of technologies and we are no longer simple actors. We became human factors influencing software development and its impact on the global markets.

In a digital world made of smartphones, tablets and more, products and services not only have to be available on different devices in order to connect our data and experiences, they also have to be easy to use and engaging. Therefore user experience and engagement became key elements to help us choose between products that otherwise seem interchangeable.

Pan-Baltic World Usability Day 2011

Estonia has hosted the event in Tallinn since 2008. In 2012 the first pan-Baltic WUD united the UX communities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, bringing to Tallinn more than 70 people from abroad. We had close to 250 people attending our previous event which was sold out in 5 days!

The audience of the event consists mainly of ICT professionals as well as representatives of marketing, new media and graphic design agencies. Over the years we have invited renowned experts on various usability concerned topics to share their vision, advice and experience in Tallinn.
