Usability of World Financial Systems

UXPALA will hold a talk on World Usability Day to ask 3 financial professionals:

What have you learned about what user's concerns are with regards to financial information, transactional information and all financial services that your institution offers? What can we, the UX and tech community do, to ameliorate their concerns and improve user's financial knowledge and decision making?
