Standard Life’s UX team works to make long term financial management engaging and understandable for our customers. No easy task! And to do that effectively, we work with a wide range of teams across the business, which also has its challenges.
We’ve had our share of wins and losses, built a strong team, and have made good inroads in instilling UX as standard practice. We don’t profess to have all the answers though, and are interested in outside perspectives, so we’re hosting a 2 hour evening event where we can meet and chat with other local UXers, whether agency or client side, about examples, strategies and tactics on how to accomplish best-in-class UX within a large organisation.
Our event will showcase some of our work alongside a panel discussion, “Question Time” style. For a well-balanced discussion, panellists will include representatives from Standard Life’s Proposition and Customer Experience teams, as well as from local competitors, companies, and UX agencies.
