At Consumer Reports, we know that usability is a critical ingredient to consumer experience. For 80 years, we have empowered consumers with the knowledge they need to make informed choices, with an eye on a better, more user-friendly world.
To celebrate, we will highlight testing procedures that demonstrate ease-of-use and convenience features in a variety of products from microwaves to voice-controlled speakers to magazines.
