This year World Usability Day @ Tieto Lithuania will focus on usability of e-services in Lithuanian Public sector.
Schedule
Our guest Ramune Norkute from the company Idea Code will present Usability Guidelines for governmental e-services that they have developed together with the Information Society Development Committee under the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Lithuania. The seminar will be supplemented by practical workshop, analyzing the most common usability issues of e-services and guidelines how to make users’ lives easier.
