Event Details
Charlotte UX will meet from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on World Usability Day. A guided discussion will start at Wachovia's 201 S. Tryon Square, Kansas meeting rooom on the Second Floor. A field study of the Charlotte Transportation Center, will follow this discussion. The objective? How can we improve the usability of public transportation systems in the Queen City? Please bring to the meeting examples, photos, maps, and stories from your experiences in Charlotte or other cities with good public transportation. The discussion will focus on improvements that will increase ridership and impact rider experience. A group lunch will follow these events at a location TBD.
